Aleena Swetapadma started her career as assistant professor in School of Computer Engineering, Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) University, Bhubaneswar, India from 2016. She did her school education (6th to 12th) with scholarship from Govt. of India in JNV, Cuttack, India. She did her B. Tech in information technology from CET, Bhubaneswar, India and M. Tech in computer technology from NIT, Raipur, India. She obtained her Ph. D from NIT, Raipur, India in the area of application of artificial intelligence in power system protection. Her field of interest includes power system protection, HVDC, FACTS, biomedical signal and image processing, data mining and artificial intelligence application.
