Sital Dash received a Bachelor of Technology Degree from College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar, India, in 2010. She also earned a Masters of Technology Degree from the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, India in 2010.

She joined the Department of Information Technology at College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar, India, as a lecturer in 2010. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor. She has served as Program Officer ,KIIT NSS Bureau.
